High Level Campaign
The high level concept is to combine the four objectives into a single short eLearning module. This is because content relating the four objectives is closely linked.
The module will be in the form of a scenario where the user negotiates a variety of situations where they make decisions about insider trading. As the user explores the module they experience the essential content through the feedback they receive and through supplementary information embedded within the module.
Ideally the scenario would be one of intrigue, romance and mystery but a realistic one would suffice.
The module could be text based or the story could be told through animations, videos or graphics such as graphic novel style. This would depend on what the client wants.
It is important that the decisions presented are subtle and realistic and the learner experiences the consequences rather than being told whether they are “correct” or not.
L&D Concepts
This learning is designed to be immersive. The user is allowed to make decisions before they have been provided with the full information. The user learns from the consequences of their decisions and is provided with the information once they have made the decision.
The module is based on showing rather than telling.
There will be reinforcement with a debrief and knowledge check.
The user can self pace and is able to choose whether they access content at any particular time.
The user learns about the concept in context.
The user may fast forward to the knowledge check if they feel that is more appropriate for them.

Storyboard/Prototype
The following prototype briefly touches on all four learning objectives and is a high level example of storytelling and delivery method although it can be made as complicated as needed to cover each objective in more depth. There is also the opportunity for branching scenarios.
